The New Leaders & Managers Bootcamp is a dynamic, hands-on leadership development program designed for newly promoted supervisors, team leaders, and managers. This bootcamp equips them with essential leadership competencies, people management tools, and practical strategies to successfully transition from individual contributors to effective leaders.


This highly interactive and experiential program focuses on developing confidence, accountability, communication, performance management, and conflict resolution skills while fostering an understanding of modern leadership expectations in a multigenerational workplace.
