This 4-day intensive course is designed to take you from RPA fundamentals to the cutting edge of Agentic Process Automation (APA). You will master the Automation 360 (A360) platform, moving beyond simple task bots to building "Goal-Oriented AI Agents" that can reason, adapt, and self-heal.
By 2026, RPA has evolved. You won't just learn to record clicks; you will learn to integrate Generative AI, leverage the Process Reasoning Engine (PRE), and orchestrate complex, multi-app workflows. This course provides hands-on experience in building a digital workforce that is both intelligent and enterprise-safe.
COURSE OBJECTIVES

- Architect A360 Solutions: Navigate the Control Room, Bot Creator, and Bot Runner architecture.
- Deploy Intelligent Bots: Use the Universal Recorder and AI-powered "Automator AI" to build resilient bots.
- Integrate Generative AI: Use the AI Agent Studio to build bots that can summarize, triage, and generate content.
- Master Document Intelligence: Deploy IQ Bot / IDP to extract data from complex, unstructured documents.
- Implement Agentic Workflows: Use the Process Reasoning Engine to create bots that make context-aware decisions.
- Ensure Governance: Apply AI Guardrails and data masking to keep automations secure and compliant.

Day 2: Advanced Logic & Data Handling
Focus: Building resilient and scalable task bots.
- The Universal Recorder: Capturing multi-app workflows with high accuracy.
- Data Manipulation: Advanced Excel/CSV actions, Database integration, and String operations.
- Resiliency & Error Handling: Implementing "Try-Catch-Finally" blocks and snapshot-based self-healing.
- Looping & Conditionals: Creating complex logic flows and decision trees.
- Hands-on: Developing an end-to-end "Invoice Reconciler" that compares data between an Excel sheet and a legacy ERP system.
Day 3: Intelligent Automation & GenAI Integration
Focus: Adding "sight" and "reasoning" to your digital workers.
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP): Training IQ Bot to handle handwritten and semi-structured invoices.
- AI Agent Studio:
- Connecting to LLMs (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock).
- Building "AI Skills" for sentiment analysis and email triaging.
- Automation Co-Pilot: Creating "Attended" bots that work alongside human employees in their favorite apps.
- Hands-on: Creating an AI-powered "Customer Support Agent" that reads incoming emails, categorizes them by sentiment, and drafts responses.
Day 4: Agentic Orchestration & Final Project
Focus: Strategic deployment and autonomous systems.
- The Process Reasoning Engine (PRE): Configuring bots to adapt to UI changes without manual intervention.
- Bot Insight: Real-time analytics and ROI tracking dashboards.
- Governance & Security: Setting up AI Guardrails, PII data masking, and audit logs.
- Best Practices: PDD (Process Definition Document) creation and modular bot design.
- Capstone Project: Building a multi-bot system (e.g., "Automated HR Onboarding") that uses AI to verify documents and APIs to provision access.
