  • Audience Persona Creation: Develop detailed personas to better understand who your story is for and what will resonate with them.
  • Empathy Mapping for Storytelling: Exercises to guide participants through empathy mapping, focusing on understanding emotional triggers, motivations, and behaviors.
  • Practical Activity: Participants will interview each other or use real-world examples to identify key insights about their audience.


DAY 1: AFTERNOON SESSION

  • Crafting a Clear Story Message: How to define the core message or "why" behind your business story.
  • Problem Statement Development: Using insights from the empathy phase to frame a problem or opportunity your story will address.
  • Structuring Your Narrative: Introduction to storytelling frameworks (e.g., the Hero’s Journey, 3-Act Structure) and how they apply to business contexts.
  • Defining the Desired Outcome: What action do you want your audience to take and how can your story drive that action?
  • Practical Activity: Participants will craft a problem statement and outline the core message of their business story.
