·      Employees have developed habits, thoughts and paradigms that prevent them from being constantly motivated affecting their work motivation and effectiveness.

·      Employees continue to struggle in overcoming their personal weaknesses affecting work effectiveness. Self-Mastery is all about conquering one’s weaknesses. As the Greek Philosopher, Aristotle said: “The hardest victory is victory over self”

·      There are eight most common weaknesses that affects employee motivation, engagement and productivity namely:

The Seven Pillars of Self- Mastery Course is an in-house (face to face) two-day or 4 half days workshop on the Seven Pillars of Self- Mastery focusing on how to eliminate the eight common weaknesses which affects personal and work effectiveness:

1. Lack of self-confidence is a function of Thought Mastery. Negative thinking and self-doubt can erode self-confidence.

2. Being highly emotional indicate lack of Emotions Mastery, being reactive than proactive

3.  No sense of purpose in life is a function of Relationships Mastery. When you have a sense of purpose, you’ll have meaningful relationships with others anchored on your purpose in life

4. Lack of human relations skills is a function of Relationships Mastery to build quality relationships. The quality of your life is the quality of your relationships

5. Lack of direction in life is a function of Future Mastery- having a clear personal vision and goals defined by a detailed future roadmap

6. Procrastination is a function of Time Mastery. Procrastination and time mastery are interconnected. Time mastery is prioritization and putting first things first

7 A spendthrift is someone who spends money recklessly and excessively often leading to financial difficulties. Money Mastery is the antidote of being a spendthrift. Money, Mastery involves managing finance wisely, saving, investing and mastering the habits of money mastery

8. Lack of enthusiasm in work and in life is a function of Personal Energy Mastery. Personal energy mastery refers to one’s ability to master and sustain their physical, emotional and mental energy levels. Personal energy mastery will eliminate burnout, chronic stress and lack of balance
